were discussed
The Committee for Language Policy of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan held an online seminar "Topical issues of increasing the share of document flow in the state language".
The seminar was attended by the responsible persons of all national management holdings, national holdings, national companies of the country for the development of the state language and document management.
The results of the monitoring of the share of the state language in the document flow in 2023 were discussed on the agenda of the seminar and the experience of national companies was studied.
The Committee on Language Policy presented the pilot project "normocontrol". "Normocontrol" is a function of increasing the share of the state language in document management by introducing document management in the business process of cloud document management.
In addition, the seminar was attended by JSC NC KazAvtoZhol, JSC NC KazMunayGas, JSC Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport, JSC KEGOC, JSC Center for Electronic Finance, JSC Kazakhstan Engineering, JSC NC Kazpost and the National Company Aktau Maritime Trade port"" JSC representatives shared their experience and demonstrated specific initiatives.
At the end of the seminar, answers to the questions of the participants were given, and methodological manuals were distributed.
