Seminar in Turkestan

The Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan is holding a republican seminar "National Onomastics: search and practice" in order to exchange views, exchange opinions, and discuss issues in the field of onomastics.
The seminar was attended by the head of the department A. Konakbayev, the head of the department of onomastic work and analysis B. Abieva and the chief specialist A. Sadykova, who spoke about the work on assignment and renaming in the region, exchange experiences with colleagues from other fields.
