The microdistrict, which is still popularly called Batys-1, Batys-2, was officially called the Altyn Orda microdistrict.

The city of Aktobe is growing and developing every day. In our region, if some streets are renamed into Kazakh, then some only acquire a new name. So the new name was assigned to an unnamed microdistrict, which today occupies 535 hectares in the Astana district of Aktobe (by joint resolution of the Akimat of the Aktobe region No. 154 dated June 9, 2023 and the decision of the regional maslikhat No. 32). the microdistrict, which is still popularly called Batys-1, Batys-2, was officially called the Altyn Orda microdistrict.
Altyn Orda is the name of a fundamental state on the territory of modern Kazakhstan. The Kazakh Khanate was the heir of this state.
It is a great joy for us to assign a revered and sacred name for our nation to the name of a microdistrict in our region!
