Исходя из поступивших от горожан жалоб, сотрудниками Управления проведена разъяснительная работа по разъяснению требований закона О языках сотрудникам торгового сервисного центра "Karcher". Нарушения, произошедшие в учреждении, соответствуют требованиям законодательства о языках. Вопрос находится на пристальном контроле Управления.
