The Department for the Development of Languages of the Aktobe region and the National Testing Center have launched a test to assess the level of Kazakh language proficiency "Kaztest" in Aktobe city from today. The test work started at the Military Institute of the Administrative Administrative Board named after T. Bigeldinov continues at the West Kazakhstan Medical University named after M. Ospanov. The diagnostic test is attended by employees of all state institutions and employees of the service sector of the population of the region.
