Most residents of the region speak the state language. This means that customers can receive information in Kazakh. However, even economic facilities and advanced republican institutions cannot satisfy this requirement. This is because the law is being ignored. Although refinement work has been carried out, some objects have also been partially modified. In particular, receipts are still issued only in one language.
