Meeting of onomastics commission

Today, in accordance with the approved work plan of the onomastic commission under the akimat of the region, a meeting of the commission was held. The proposals received by the commission on naming unnamed streets from Kobdinsky, Martuksky, Mugalzharsky, Wilsky, Khromtausky districts and renaming repeated, ideologically outdated streets are considered. The members of the commission supported and gave positive conclusions to such historical names as Korkyt Ata, Kabanbai Batyr, Makhambet Utemisovich, Nauryzbai Batyr, Shakarim Kudaiberdievich, Zhambyl Zhabayev, Aliya Moldagulova, Manshuk Mametova, Akhmet Zhubanov, Mukagali Makatayev, Rakhimzhan Koshkarbayev, Bauyrzhan Momyshuly, Kanysh Satpayev, Kasym Kaysenov, Talgat Bigeldinov, Mustafa Ozturk, Alke Margulan, Roza Baglanova.
