Based on the resolution of the Accounts Committee No. 6-NK dated July 30, 2020, paragraph 137 "On approval of the Rules for External State Audit and Financial Control", an audit event was held in the State Institution "Department for the Development of Languages of the Aktobe Region" on the effectiveness of the use of funds allocated for the organization and conduct of information and image events (Audit report dated January 28, 2022).
According to the results of the audit, the following violations were found:
- To make a proposal on the need to adopt a regulatory legal act defining a unified procedure for planning, conducting and financing events of an information and image nature at the expense of budgetary funds;
- When planning budget funds, conduct explanatory work to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Budget Code, the rules for drawing up and submitting a budget application, the rules for developing and approving (re-approving) budget programs (subprograms) and requirements for their content, during public procurement of the law "On Public Procurement".
Based on the results of the audit event, a Decision was sent to the head of the facility to eliminate the identified violations and deficiencies with recommendations for their prevention in the future.
