Assign the name of the communal state institution "Linguistic school-gymnasium No. 24" of the state institution "Education Department of the city of Aktobe" to the name of Akhmet Baitursynuly. 2. Rename the municipal state institution "New secondary school-lyceum" of the state institution "Education Department of the city of Aktobe" into the communal state institution "Secondary school-lyceum named after Kanysh Satbaev" of the state institution "Education Department of the city of Aktobe". 3.
