On July 1, a meeting on the Administrative Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held under the chairmanship of the akim of the district S. Amanbayev, which entered into force today.
At the meeting, the heads of all district departments and institutions receiving citizens' appeals were involved, as well as explanations were given on the procedural procedure for considering appeals, introduced in practice for the first time by the head of the district akim's office A. Sisenov.
To implement the Code, the information system "E-Оtinish" will be launched. Functionally, the system is adapted to the automated management of the appeals review process in accordance with the new Administrative Procedure Code. The basic functionality of the system has been tested for several months in the state bodies of the country.
According to the planned algorithm, first only state bodies will be transferred to the system, and then subjects of the quasi-public sector will be connected.
At the end of the meeting, the head of the district instructed to increase the responsibility of all performers when considering the appeal of each citizen and to keep this issue under close control of the leadership.
