EMPLOYMENT ISSUES UNDER CONTROL

Akim of the district S. Amanbayev held a meeting with the heads of 20 large oil and service companies located in the district on topical issues of the social and labor sphere.

One of the main issues was the state of employment of the population of the district, including socially vulnerable categories of citizens according to the quota (youth, disabled people, convicts, etc.). Akim is the head of the Employment Center of the population.Kosherbayev was instructed to ensure that employers provide information about vacancies within 3 days.

In addition, the akim of the district noted that the issues of the employment quota are under control and warned employers about the legal responsibility of employees for non-compliance with the requirements of labor legislation.

In addition, the issues of normalization of the moral and psychological climate in shift settlements, including in labor collectives, timely payment of wages, conditions and daily life of employees, labor protection were raised.

In addition, the mayor of the district highlighted the issues of compliance with the terms of the previously signed memorandum, as well as vaccination of workers.
