Functional responsibilities: General management of the work of the district department of land relations, organization of its work. In his work, he is guided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Land Code", "Tax Code", "Civil Code", "On administrative offenses", "On the procedure for considering appeals of individuals and legal entities". Provision of land plots for lease, purchase and sale of land into private ownership, temporary free use of land, with the exception of cases provided for in Articles 13, 16, 18 and 19 of the Land Code. Implementation of a unified state policy in the field of land management in the district, organization of land management works and creation of land plots, implementation of land legislation. Development of district programs for rational use of land, improvement of soil fertility, protection of land resources in a complex of other environmental protection measures, submission for approval to the relevant representative body and ensuring their implementation. Block "A" Requirements for competition participants: Educational requirements: Higher education, postgraduate education, post-secondary education, vocational education: business, management and law (law); natural sciences, mathematics and statistics (geography); agriculture and bioresources (agronomy and/or melioration, land reclamation and protection and/or land management); engineering, manufacturing and construction industries (cadastre and/or geodesy and cartography and/or aviation technology). work experience must meet one of the following requirements:1) at least three years of work experience, including at least one year in positions of the next lower category provided for by the staffing table of the state body, or at least categories A-5, B-5, C-4, C-O-4, C-R-3, D-4, D-O-3, E-3, D-R-3, E-R-3, E-G-3;2) at least three years of work experience, including at least one year in senior positions of law enforcement or special state bodies, or senior positions of military service;3) at least three years of work experience in the areas corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position of this category, if there is at least one year of work experience in managerial positions of organizations;4) at least three years of work experience in state institutions funded from the republican and local budgets, including one year in senior positions.
