About the approval of Standard qualification characteristics of positions of heads, specialists of the organizations of physical culture and sports
Order of the Minister of culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 191 dated June 29, 2016. Registered with the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on July 30, 2016 No. 14052.
In accordance with subparagraph 17) of article 16 of the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015, I ORDER:
Approve the attached Standard qualification characteristics of positions of managers, specialists of organizations of physical culture and sports.
To recognize as invalid the following orders:
1) Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for sports and physical culture dated November 26, 2013 No. 434 " on approval of Standard qualification characteristics of positions of managers, specialists of physical culture and sports organizations "(registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts for No. 9015, published in the information and legal system "Adilet" on December 31, 2013);
2) the Minister of culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan from April 1, 2015 № 124 "On amendments to order of Chairman of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for sports and physical education dated 26 November 2013 No. 434 "About approval of Standard qualification characteristics of positions of heads, specialists of organizations of physical culture and sports" (registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10969, published in the legal information system "Adilet" is may 15, 2015).
The Committee for sports and physical culture of the Ministry of culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kanagatov E. B.) in accordance with the legislation to provide:
1) state registration of this order in Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this order in the direction of its copies in graphical format in full compliance with the original for official publication in the legal information system "Adilet";
3) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order, sending copies of this order to the Republican state enterprise on the right of economic management "Republican center for legal information of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in paper and electronic form, certified by the electronic digital signature of the person authorized to sign this order, for official publication, inclusion in the Reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, The state register of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) placement of this order after its official publication within ten calendar days of the Internet resource of the Ministry of culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
5) within ten working days after the state registration of this order in Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan representation in legal Department of the Ministry of culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan information on the execution of the measures provided by subparagraphs 1), 2), 3) and 4) of this paragraph.
Control over the execution of this order shall be assigned to the supervising Vice-Minister of culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This order shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
