About approval of the list of types of physical culture and sports organizations and rules of their activity in which educational and training process on preparation of sports reserve and high-class athletes is carried out

In accordance with subparagraph 47) of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 3, 2014 "on physical culture and sports", I ORDER:
Approve:
1) the List of types of physical culture and sports organizations in which educational and training process on preparation of sports reserve and high-class athletes is carried out, according to Appendix 1 to this order;
2) Rules of activity of children's and youth sports schools, sports schools for the disabled, in which the training process is carried out for the preparation of sports reserves and high-class athletes in accordance with Annex 2 to this order;
3) Rules of activity Of the centers of preparation of the Olympic reserve in which educational and training process on preparation of the sports reserve and high-class athletes according to Appendix 3 to this order is carried out;
4) Rules of activity of the centers of Olympic preparation in which educational and training process on preparation of the sports reserve and high-class athletes according to Appendix 4 to this order is carried out;
5) Rules of activity of schools of the highest sports skill in which educational and training process on preparation of the sports reserve and high-class athletes according to Appendix 5 to this order is carried out;
6) Rules of activity of children's and youth clubs of physical training in which educational and training process on preparation of sports reserve and high-class athletes according to Appendix 6 to this order is carried out;
7) Rules of activity of sports clubs, sports clubs for disabled people in which educational and training process on preparation of sports reserve and high-class athletes according to Appendix 7 to this order is carried out;
8) Rules of activity of professional sports clubs in which educational and training process on preparation of sports reserve and high-class athletes is carried out according to Appendix 8 to this order;
9) Rules of activity of the sports training Center for persons with disabilities, where the training process for training sports reserves and high-class athletes with disabilities is carried out in accordance with Annex 8-1 to this order.
