On education
Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 319-III of July 27, 2007.

Footnote. Throughout the text of the Law:
the words "war veterans and disabled people", "participants of war and disabled persons" is replaced by "the participants and invalids of the great Patriotic";
the words "educational process", "training and Educational process", "training and educational work" is replaced by "educational process", "Educational process", "educational work" of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 24.10.2011 № 487-IV (shall be enforced upon expiry of ten calendar days after its first official publication);
the words "aul (rural)", "aul (village)", "aul (rural)" are replaced accordingly with words "rural", "village", "rural" Constitutional Law of the RK from 03.07.2013 № 121-V (shall be enforced upon expiry of ten calendar days after its first official publication);

the words "academic staff", "teacher", "teaching staff and persons equated to them", "educational employees", "teachers" are replaced accordingly with words "teacher", "educator", "educators", "educators", "educators" in accordance with Law of RK dated 27.12.2019 No. 294-IV (shall be enforced upon expiry of ten calendar days after its first official publication).
This Law regulates public relations in the field of education, defines the basic principles of state policy in this field and is aimed at ensuring the constitutional right of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as foreigners and stateless persons permanently residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan, to education.
