On approval of the regulations for personal reception of individuals and representatives of legal entities by officials of the akimat and the office of the akim of the Aktobe region
In accordance with article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from January 23, 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 8, 2020 №560 "On approval of Model regulations of a personal reception of individuals and representatives of legal entities by officials of akimats of oblasts, cities of Republican significance and the capital", in order to implement the resolution" On approval of Standard provisions about departments control over consideration of references of akimats of cities of Republican significance and the capital " akimat of Aktobe region Decides:
1.to approve the attached rules of personal reception of physical persons and representatives of legal entities by officials of akimat and akim of Aktobe region.
2. the state institution" office of the akim of Aktobe region " should bring this resolution to the attention of interested state bodies and organizations and take other necessary measures arising from this resolution.
3. control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the head of the akim's office of the Aktobe region.
