About the approval of the regional list of priority sports of the Aktobe region for 2020-2021
In accordance with article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 20-5) of paragraph 1 of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 3, 2014 "on physical culture and sports" akimat of Aktobe region
Decides:
1. to approve the regional list of priority sports of the Aktobe region for 2020-2021, in accordance with the Annex to this resolution.
2. the state institution" Department of physical culture and sports of the Aktobe region " in accordance with the procedure established by law to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of justice of the Aktobe region.
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Aktobe region after its official publication.
3. control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the supervising Deputy akim of the Aktobe region.
4. this resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
