1. General provisions
1. Regulation on state institution "Management of physical culture and sports of Aktobe region" is developed in accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 410 dated 29 October 2012 "On approval of Standard provisions of the state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and determine the status and authority of the state institution "Management of physical culture and sports of Aktobe region".
State institution " Department of physical culture and sports
Aktobe region" is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
management in the field of physical culture and sports, the
authorized body for creating conditions for attracting the population to
systematic physical culture and sports, training
highly qualified athletes and sports reserves in the region.
2. the State institution "Department of physical culture and sports of the Aktobe region" does not have branches and representative offices.
3. the State institution "Department of physical culture and sports of the Aktobe region" carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
4. State institution "Management of physical culture and sports of Aktobe region" is a legal entity in organizational - legal form of state establishment, has seals and stamps with its name in state language, forms of the established sample, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan the account in the state institut
