The State Institution "Department for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of Aktobe region" is the authorized body for the provision of the following public services:

- "Assignment or extension of the status of candace";
- "Issuance or extension of certificates to a foreigner or a stateless person on the compliance of his qualifications for self-employment, a list of priority sectors (types of economic activity) and professions in demand in them for self-employment of foreigners and stateless persons."
