The state service is provided by the local executive bodies of the regions, the cities of Nursultan, Almaty and Shymkent.

The acceptance of the application and the issuance of the result of the provision of public services are carried out by the heads of the regions, the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent, the State Corporation and through the Foreign Institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan (For ethnic Kazakhs living outside the Republic of Kazakhstan).

The state service is provided for a fee/ free of charge to individuals and legal entities.

 1) the state service for the issuance and (or) extension of permits to attract foreign labor is provided on a paid basis according to the size of the collection rates for the issuance and (or) extension of permits to attract foreign labor to the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 3, 2018 No. 157 "On the establishment of collection rates for the issuance and (or) extension of a permit to attract foreign labor to the Republic of Kazakhstan";

2) the state service for the renewal of previously issued permits to attract foreign labor, as well as for the issuance, extension and (or) renewal of permits to attract foreign labor within the framework of an intra-corporate transfer is provided to the employer free of charge.

Payment of the tax fee is carried out in cash and non-cash forms through second-tier banks and organizations engaged in certain types of banking operations within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the notification in accordance with Annex 4 of the Rules of local executive bodies of regions, cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent on their decision to issue or extend permits to attract foreign labor to the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The issuance and (or) extension of permits to attract foreign labor carried out within the framework of an intra-corporate transfer is carried out free of charge.
