The Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 25.03.2021 No. 84 (entered into force after ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).
In accordance with subparagraph 1) of Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 15, 2013 "On Public Services", I ORDER: 1. Approve the standards of public services:
1) "Assignment of pension payments by age" according to Appendix 1 to this order;
2) "Appointment of a one-time payment for burial" according to Annex 2 to this order;
3) "Establishing disability and / or the degree of disability and / or determining the necessary social protection measures" in accordance with Annex 3 to this order;
4) "Issuance of information on the receipt and movement of funds of the depositor of the unified accumulative pension fund" in accordance with Annex 4 to this order;
5) "Appointment of the state basic pension payment" in accordance with Annex 5 to this order;
6) "Assignment of state social benefits for disability and loss of breadwinner" in accordance with Annex 6 to this order;
7) "Appointment of state special allowances" in accordance with Annex 7 to this order;
8) "Assignment of social benefits in cases of social risks: loss of working capacity; loss of breadwinner; loss of work; loss of income due to pregnancy and childbirth; loss of income due to adoption of a newborn child (children); loss of income due to caring for a child after reaching the age of one year" according to annex 8 to this order;
9) "Assignment of allowances for the birth of a child and for child care" in accordance with annex 9 to this order;
10) "Appointment of a special state allowance" in accordance with Annex 10 to this order;
11) "Assignment of benefits to the mother or father, adoptive parent( adopter), guardian (trustee) raising a disabled child" in accordance with Annex 11 to this order;
12) "Registration of citizens affected by nuclear tests at the Semipalatinsk nuclear test site, payment of one-time state monetary compensation, issuance of certificates" in accordance with Annex 12 to this order;
13) "Registration of documents for disabled people for providing them with prosthetic and orthopedic care" in accordance with annex 13 to this order;
14) "Provision of the disabled with surdo-typhlotechnical and mandatory hygiene products" in accordance with annex 14 to this order;
15) "Appointment of state targeted social assistance" in accordance with Annex 15 to this order;
16) "Registration of documents for the disabled to provide them with the services of an individual assistant for the disabled of the first group who have difficulty in movement, and a sign language specialist for the hearing impaired" in accordance with annex 16 to this order;
17) "Provision of wheelchairs to disabled people" in accordance with Annex 17 to this order;
18) "Providing disabled people with sanatorium treatment" in accordance with Annex 18 to this order;
19) "Registration of documents for the provision of special social services in medical and social institutions (organizations)" in accordance with Annex 19 to this order;
20) "Registration of documents for the provision of special social services in the conditions of home care" in accordance with Annex 20 to this order;
21) "Assignment of social assistance to certain categories of needy citizens by decisions of local representative bodies" in accordance with Annex 21 to this order;
22) "Reimbursement of expenses for home education of disabled children" in accordance with Annex 22 to this order;
23) "Assignment of social assistance to social sphere specialists living and working in rural settlements for the purchase of fuel" in accordance with Annex 23 to this order;
24) "Issuance of a certificate confirming that the applicant (family) belongs to the recipients of targeted social assistance" in accordance with Annex 24 to this order;
25) "Issuing referrals to persons for participation in active employment promotion measures" in accordance with Annex 25 to this order;
26) "Assignment or extension of the status of oralman" in accordance with Annex 26 to this order;
27) "Issuance and (or) extension of a permit to employers to attract foreign labor" in accordance with annex 27 to this order;
28) "Issuance of a certificate to a rehabilitated person" in accordance with Annex 28 to this order;
29) "Assignment of social assistance in the form of monthly payments to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan after the completion of the period of capitalization of payments for compensation for damage caused to the life and health of employees by legal entities liquidated as a result of bankruptcy" in accordance with annex 29 to this order;
30) "Issuance or extension of a certificate to a foreigner or a stateless person on the compliance of qualifications for self-employment" in accordance with Annex 30 to this order;
31) "Registration of job seekers" in accordance with Annex 31 to this order;
32) "Registration of job seekers as unemployed" in accordance with Annex 32 to this order;
33) "Payment of the difference between the amount of mandatory pension contributions actually made, mandatory occupational pension contributions taking into account the level of inflation and the amount of pension savings" in accordance with annex 33 to this order;
34) " Assignment of the state allowance to mothers with many children who were awarded the "Altyn alka", "Kumis alka" pendants or who previously received the title "Mother-heroine", awarded the orders of "Maternal Glory" of the I and II degrees " according to annex 34 to this order;
35) "Assignment of a benefit for caring for a disabled person of the first group from childhood" according to annex 35 to this order;
36) "Implementation of pension payments from pension savings formed at the expense of mandatory pension contributions, mandatory professional pension contributions from the unified accumulative pension fund" in accordance with annex 36 to this order;
37) "Issuance of a certificate of registration as an unemployed person" in accordance with Annex 37 to this order;
38) "Issuance of information on the status and movement of social contributions to a participant of the mandatory social insurance system" in accordance with annex 38 to this order.

2. The Department of Strategic Development of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by law, shall provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this order, its direction for official publication in periodicals and the information and legal system of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan " Adilet";
3) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To assign control over the execution of this order to the Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kurmangalieva A.D.
4. This order shall enter into force after the day of its first official publication.

1. The State service "Assignment of pension payments by age" (hereinafter-the state service).
2. The standard of public services was developed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter-the Ministry).
