"On Amendments to the decision of the Shalkar district Maslikhat No. 105 dated September 15, 2023 "On Approval of the Rules for Providing Social assistance, establishing its size and determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens in the Shalkar district"
The state institution "Shalkar District Department of Employment and Social Programs" has developed a draft decision of the Shalkar district Maslikhat "On amending the decision of the Shalkar district Maslikhat dated September 15, 2023 No. 105 "On approving the Rules for providing social assistance, establishing its size and determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens in the Shalkar district" (hereinafter - the draft decision).
The draft decision was prepared on the basis of the adoption of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 16, 2024 No. 750 "On Amendments and Additions to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2023 No. 523 "On approval of Standard Rules for providing social assistance, establishing its size and determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens" as well as representations of the Prosecutor's Office of the Aktobe region on the elimination of violations of the rule of law dated July 18, 2024.
The draft decision will be submitted to the Public Council of the Shalkar district and published on the website www.shalkar.aktobe.gov.kz On October 22, 2024, on the portal of open regulatory legal acts www.e-gov.kz October 22, 2024.
