The Shalkar District Election Commission, in accordance with subparagraph 9) of Article 14, Article 45, paragraph 1 of Article 113-11 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", established the election results based on the protocols of precinct election commissions on the results of the election of the akim of the Kauylzhyrsky rural district of the Shalkar district, held on February 12, 2023 and the decision of the district election commission of February 13 , 2023:
Balymov Turlan Shyntemirovich, born in 1990, Akim of the "Apparatus of the akim of the Kauylzhyrsky rural district" was elected Akim of the Kauylzhyrsky rural district of the Shalkarsky district, a resident of the Aktobe region, Shalkarsky district, Kauylzhyrsky rural district, Kaidaul village was registered.
