Report on public services in shalkar district for 2022
According to The Register of Public Services (approved by the kidneys of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 31.01.2020 No. 39/OD), 63 types of services were approved by local executive bodies of Shalkar district in 2022.
According to the results of 12 months of 2022, the SHALKAR district M & E provided 13,710 services.
Of these, the total number of electronically rendered services was 11,945, the share of all types of services was 87.15%.
Compared to 12 months of 2021, in 2022, the share of services in electronic form increased by 3.79% (12 months of 2021 – 83.36%)
In addition, according to this comparison, the number of services rendered through the State Corporation amounted to 1321, the share - 9.63%. (12 months of 2021 – 14.23%), that is, due to the increase in services in electronic format, the demand for services from the state corporation began to decrease
The number of services rendered in paper form was 26, the share was 0.18%.
At the same time,in the analytical period, the number of paper representations by an alternative method is 418, the share is equal to 3.04%.
In accordance with the plans of control measures approved by the akimat of the region for 2022, control measures were carried out for 4 institutions of the district M & E in the 1st quarter.
In December, a preventive control was carried out in the Office of the district Akim.
According to the results of internal control over the services rendered for 2 months in 2022, the number of violations amounted to 70 facts
In addition, in October, the Department of land relations recorded 1 violation of the service life.

For violations committed in accordance with the results of control measures, the disciplinary responsibility of 4 responsible employees of the subjects of inspection in the district was considered. The head of the Department of land relations was brought to administrative responsibility.Disciplinary measures were taken.
The results of the assessment are negatively affected by the following criteria:
1) facts of demand for documents not provided for by the approved standard of Public Services

Since the beginning of the year, 30 employees have completed advanced training courses. On February 16, 2022, an article "on the activities of a personal assistant and a sign language specialist" was published in the newspaper "Shalkar" No. 7(8748), and 1 employee completed an internship together with the PSC on February 14-18, 2022.
For 12 months of 2022, 136 times, local executive bodies of Shalkar district held a public services Fair live on the Instagram page and personal account of state institutions.
During the live broadcast about public services, 1434 people took part.
