The Shalkar District Election Commission, in accordance with subparagraph 9) of Article 14, Article 45, paragraph 1 of Article 113-11 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", established the election results based on the protocols of precinct election commissions on the results of the election of the akim of the Bershugirsky rural district of the Shalkar district, held on December 11, 2022 and the decision of the district election Commission of December 12 , 2022:
Akim of Bershugir rural district of Shalkar district registered Aitenov Nurkhan Kazhimukanovich, born in 1985, Birshogyr distance of the way of JSC "National Company "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" chief mechanic, resident of Bershugir stations, Bershugir rural district of Shalkar district of Aktobe region.
