On the approval of the minimum amount of expenses
for the management of the condominium facility and maintenance
the common property of the condominium object in the Shalkar district
In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 10-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations", subparagraph 15) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Order of the Acting Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 No. 166 "On approval of the Calculation Methodology cost estimates for the management of the condominium object and the maintenance of the common property of the condominium object, as well as methods for calculating the minimum amount of expenses for the management of the condominium object and the maintenance of the common property of the condominium object" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 20284), the maslikhat of the Shalkar district DECIDED:
Approve the minimum amount of expenses for the management of the facility
condominium and maintenance of the common property of the condominium object for 2022 in the Shalkar district in the amount of 33.58 tenge per square meter per month.
This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
