In accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 504 "On approval of standard rules for the provision of social assistance, setting the size and determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens", a draft decision of the Shalkark district Maslikhat was developed.
The draft decision "On amendments to the decision of the Shalkar District Maslikhat No. 565 dated November 2, 2020 "On approval of the Rules for Providing Social Assistance, Setting the Size and Determining the list of Certain categories of Needy Citizens in the Shalkar district" was posted on the portal of open regulatory legal acts e-gov on June 22, 2022, the conclusion of the Public Council of the Shalkar district was received by letter No. 21 dated June 23, 2022.
