ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF PAYMENT, CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURE FOR PROVIDING PRINTING SPACE IN THE DISTRICT NEWSPAPER "SHALKAR” IN CONNECTION WITH THE ELECTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES OF THE AKIM OF THE CITY OF SHALKAR AND THE MONKEBY RURAL DISTRICT IN THE SHALKARSKY DISTRICT, APPOINTED BY AS OF APRIL 3 , 2022
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONSTITUTIONAL LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN “ON ELECTIONS IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN”
The cost of 1 sq.cm. in black and white - 110 tenge for the placement of materials of election campaigning;
The cost of 1 sq.cm. in color - 150 tenge for the placement of materials of election campaigning;
The cost of placing election campaign materials on the publication's website is 100 tenge;
The submitted text, photo, etc. material of the candidate for akims of cities of district significance, villages, settlements, rural districts is signed by him personally (each page) with a cover letter, or by a person who has a power of attorney from the candidate for the right to sign election campaign documents;
Placement (positioning) of election campaign materials on the strip is carried out at the discretion of the editorial board;
A 100 % prepayment is established for the development of the layout and the provision of printing space;
The placement of election campaigning is accompanied by the stamp "Elections-2022" (this stamp should be placed in the space of the advertised material). The material of the election campaign is accompanied by information about the source of its financing.
Force majeure circumstances - generally established by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Additions and changes may be made to these terms and conditions in accordance with the explanations of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
