About determination of the procedure and amount of reimbursement of costs for home schooling of children with disabilities from among the disabled according to an individual curriculum in the Shalkarsky district
In accordance with subparagraph 4) of Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On social and medical-pedagogical correctional support for children with disabilities", the Shalkar district Maslikhat DECIDED:
To determine the procedure and amount of reimbursement for home schooling of children with disabilities from among the disabled according to the individual curriculum in the Shalkar district according to the annex to this decision.
This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
