In the Register of Public Services approved by the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2013 No. 983 (Order No. 39/OD dated January 31, 2020) ( a new register was announced by Order No. 390/OD dated October 17, 2020). according to him, 84 types of public services were provided by local executive bodies and subordinate institutions of Shalkar district.
In total, 14,857 public services were rendered in the district in 2020.
The number of public services rendered in electronic form is 11,081.
The share of users of public services rendered in electronic form by state bodies is 75.81%.
"Although it is possible to provide public services on an alternative basis through the web portal of" "e-government "" and (or) the State Corporation, the number of services rendered by service providers (with the exception of those provided through the State Corporation) in paper form is 1716 services."
The share of total services rendered is 11.74%
Services provided to individuals, in particular. The main share of requests received by the state institution of the District Department of education is 1,640 (95.04%), CRS - 64 Services, District Department of land relations-12 Services,District Department of architecture and construction housing and passenger transport and Highways-4.

During the reporting period, there were no complaints or complaints about the quality of public services received from individuals and legal entities, state bodies (from other sources).
Internal control over the quality of public services rendered
The approved plan for 2020 includes 33 objects of district control measures (22 service providers –M & E, 11 subordinate organizations carried out internal control).During the internal control, the following violations were detected.
