About the approval of tourist contribution rates for foreigners for 2022
in the Shalkarsky district
In accordance with paragraph 2-10 article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 5, 2021 № 787 "On approval of the Rules for the payment of the tourist fee for foreigners", Shalkar district Council DECIDED:
Approve rates of tourist fee for foreigners in tourist accommodation from 1 January to 31 December 2022, inclusive –
0 (zero) percent of the cost of stay.
2. This decision shall enter into force on January 1, 2022.
