to the draft resolution "On the establishment of a quota of jobs for the employment of persons released from prison in the Shalkarsky district for 2022"
In order to establish a quota of jobs for the employment of persons released from prison for 2020 in the Shalkar district, a resolution of the akimat of the district has been submitted for approval in accordance with subparagraph 2) paragraph 1 of Article 18 of the Penal Enforcement Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 8) of Article 9, subparagraph 3) paragraph 1 of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Employment of the Population" and the Order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 26, 2016 No. 412 "On approval of the Rules for the quota of jobs for employment of citizens from among young people who have lost or remained without parental care until adulthood, who are graduates of educational organizations, persons released from prison, persons registered with the probation service"

employment of persons released from prison in the Shalkarsky district for 2022" is posted on the website www.shalkar.aktobe.gov.kz On October 23, 2021, on the portal of open regulatory legal acts e-gov on October 20, 2021, the conclusion of the Shalkarsky district community was received by letter No. 33 dated October 21, 2021.
