to the draft resolution "On the establishment of a quota of jobs for the disabled in the Shalkarsky district for 2022"
To establish a quota of jobs for the disabled in the Shalkar district, a resolution of the akimat of the district has been submitted for approval in accordance with subparagraph 6) of Article 9, subparagraph 1) of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Employment", subparagraph 1) of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Social Protection of disabled People in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the Order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 13, 2016 No. 498 "On approval of the Rules for quotas of jobs for disabled people"
The draft resolution "On the establishment of a quota of jobs for the disabled in the Shalkarsky district for 2022" is posted on the website www.shalkar.aktobe.gov.kz On October 23, 2021, on the portal of open regulatory legal acts e-gov on October 20, 2021, the conclusion of the Shalkarsky district community was received by letter No. 34 dated October 21, 2021.
