On the establishment of a public easement
In accordance with the articles 19, 32, 36, 43, 67, 69 "The Land Code" dated June 20, 2003 of the Republic of Kazakhstan, article 35, paragraph 1, sub-paragraphs 8 "On local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Law of January 23, 2001 of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the application of "SilkNetCom" LLP dated August 24, 2021 No. 309 DECIDED:
- To establish a public easement for a land plot located on the territory of the village of Monke bi of the Monkebi rural district of the Shalkar district, with a total area of 0.49 hectares without withdrawal from land users, for the operation of a fiber-optic communication line by a limited liability partnership "SilkNetCom", until October 12, 2031.
- "SilkNetCom" LLP to conclude a public easement agreement with the state institution "Shalkarsky district Department of Land Relations".
- Post this decision on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Shalkar district after its official publication.
- I reserve the right to control the implementation of the decision.
- This decision shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
