The task of the Department is financial and economic support, implementation of personnel policy and transparency in public procurement.
Functions:
implementation of activities in the field of public procurement;
consideration of requests from individuals and legal entities;
ensuring financial and economic activities of the Department;
timely payment of salaries to employees of the Department, transfer of tax payments and social contributions;
ensuring the implementation of budget programs in accordance with the individual financing plan;
formation of personnel and organization of competitive selection;
personnel monitoring and management of personnel records, including through the personnel management information system " E-kyzmet»;
providing professional training of personnel, including through the organization of retraining, advanced training, internships;
organization and support of competitive, attestation, disciplinary and other personnel commissions;
ensuring compliance with the procedures for entering, passing, and terminating public service;
performing other functions in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
