Residents of four more cities of Kazakhstan will be able to receive ready-made documents with an order in the PSC at home
The state Corporation "Government for Citizens" initially launched a service for the delivery of ready-made documents in Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent in April 2021.
Now the service of delivering ready-made documents to the house is also available to residents of Taldykorgan, Petropavlovsk, Aktau, Aktobe. In it, you can order documents of state registration of rights (encumbrances) on real estate, acts on a land plot, apostilled educational documents, archival certificates, duplicates of military tickets and other ready-made documents, for a total of 144 types of public services.
As soon as the ordered document is ready, an SMS offer about using the delivery service will be sent to the client. In case of consent, the client follows the specified link and indicates the address to which the document should be delivered. Next, the client needs to pay the cost of the delivery service in the city in the amount of 970 tenge. The courier will deliver the mail within one working day from the moment of the order.
"We have launched an additional service to make the service process in the PSC not only as comfortable as possible, but also not have to re-go to get a ready-made document. We know that people do not always have the opportunity to leave work, leave their children at home. And the document delivery service significantly saves customers' time and finances," said Bayram Azizov, Managing Director of Public Relations at Government for Citizens.
Since the launch of the service in April, residents of Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent have ordered about 3 thousand documents for their homes.
The first pilot project for the delivery of documents was launched in one of the capital's PSC, where an agreement was signed with a partner courier company. It is planned that by the end of the year the service will be connected in all cities of the republic.
