Chairman of the anti-corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alik Shpekbayev arrived in Aktobe region on a working trip

Accompanied by Governor of the region Ondasyn Urazalin the head of the Agency visited the town of Khromtau, where he got acquainted with the customer focus of the state revenue office and checked the activity "Achy ckdk" Khromtau district.

The head of the Department held a personal reception of local citizens who addressed issues of the social sphere, housing and communal services and land relations. So, for example, we received requests for street lighting, city improvement, employment, improving communication services, providing assistance to a child with a disability, etc.

"All requests are taken under personal control by local Executive bodies, responsible persons are assigned. The territorial Department was instructed to study each appeal and understand them in detail, " Alik Shpekbayev said.

Residents positively assessed the work of the local service akimat, focused on prompt and barrier-free service of citizens on the principle of "one window".

"The fight against corruption is one of the main priorities of the country's strategic development. In order to counteract and prevent corruption, which the Head of state focused on in the "Listening state"concept, the necessary measures are constantly being taken in our region," ondasyn Urazalin said.

In the office in the "Open Space" format, which works under the Service akimat, the head of the "Adal Komek" project Ayman Umarova held an action to provide free legal assistance.

In total, "Ashyk akimdik" of Khromtau district has received more than 600 appeals, more than 500 applications and other requests since the beginning of this year. 95 requests were received during personal receptions by the mayor. In addition, the district's Executive bodies provide 82 types of public services in accordance with the register. Since the beginning of 2020, more than 8,000 services have been provided. There are also self-service corners for receiving electronic services.

In General, in all the district and city akimats of Aktobe region there are 15 service administrations, and 65 classrooms in the format of "Open Space".

After visiting of several agencies of Khromtau area, Alex on Friday met with representatives of the district, where he spoke about the novels of anti-corruption legislation, the personal responsibility of managers for the corruption of subordinates and new mechanisms for anti-corruption expertise of laws and regulations.
