A teacher from God

There is a small country in our village of Stepnoye - the Sazdinsky secondary school. For more than 40 years, Utesheva Zhaukasyn Satmagambetovna has been working at the school as a teacher of Russian language and literature. She is a teacher from God, there were not many such people before, and now there is a count of units at all., not only giving all her knowledge to her students, but also putting her whole soul into her pupils. She was born in a large, friendly family, the strength of which was determined by caring for each other, a friendly attitude to people, the desire to do good to everyone, not to leave in trouble, to share joy with relatives and friends.
She started her career at the 8-year-old school in the village of Mamyt and continued at our school. She taught Russian language and literature, was a head teacher, and completed her career as a director. For seven years of leadership, thanks to her work, the school has become a home in which all of us, teachers and students, were interested, cozy and warm. She also has many qualities that are so necessary for both a teacher in educational and educational work, and a leader: high professional skills, the ability to communicate with children, the desire for improvement, self-demanding, tactfulness, courtesy, ease of communication and the ability to get a person to talk. She always found the key to the hearts of her students, their parents and colleagues. Whatever Zhaukasyn Satmagambetovna did, she brought an element of novelty, joy, and humanity to everything. She kept the doors of her office open, and despite her busy schedule, you could see children who came to her to share their emotional, painful, knowing that they would receive support and help from her.
"Look into the eyes of a child, ask if everything is all right at home, in the family," she told us every day when we crossed the threshold of the school.
A master of his craft, such an assessment is given by colleagues at work. With a sinking heart, we, then beginning teachers, sat in her lessons. She conducted them at a high professional and methodological level. She prepared for the lessons carefully: she used a differentiated approach taking into account the individual characteristics of each student, the correctly chosen methodology, the use of visual aids, "the ability to skip the whole lesson through herself" made each of her lessons memorable, unlike others. She was one of the first to study and apply technologies: modular training of M. M. Zhanpeisova, "Development of critical thinking through reading and writing". With her experience with colleagues, she organized open lessons for teachers of the district and the region. She made speeches at regional and republican conferences.
It was the possession of modern teaching methods, love for her work that made it possible for Zhaukasyn Satmagambetovna to achieve high results in teaching and educating students. Repeatedly, her students have achieved one hundred percent passing of the UNT. Her work was awarded with high awards both in the region and in the republic.
Zhaukasyn Satmagambetovna has everything "excellent"in her personal life. For children-she is a wonderful mother, for grandchildren - a loving grandmother, and most importantly-the recognition and respect of fellow villagers, students, who thanks to her still achieve heights in life. Dmitry Likhachev has these words: "If you live only for yourself, with your small worries about your own well-being, then there will be no trace of what you have lived. If you live for others, then others will save what you served, what you gave your strength to." These words perfectly characterize the work of the teacher and directly relate to her, the teacher with a capital letter!
