Talgat, who had dreamed of becoming a doctor since childhood, entered the Faculty of General Medicine of the West Kazakhstan State Medical University named after Marat Ospanov in Aktobe, where he successfully graduated. In 2018, he completed an internship at the railway hospital in Aktobe as a junior medical worker, in 2019 as a paramedic of the emergency department at the city Hospital No. 1 in Aktobe. In August 2020, a young specialist-surgeon Talgat Zholdybai arrived to work at the Kargaly District Hospital.
According to him, becoming a surgeon has been a dream since childhood. From the first year of study at the university, I purposefully decided to fulfill my dream. The professor, the teacher, did not stop taking part in the operations performed by doctors, and carried out night shifts at his discretion. He had an understanding and understanding of the subtleties of this difficult and responsible profession.
In my student years, every year, a request for an internship was made from the district hospitals. This situation played an important role in choosing his place of work. In the surgical department of the district hospital, where he came to work, he was well received. Head of the department, surgeon Bakytbek Uakbayev managed to show the young specialist his knowledge and business skills. Senior colleagues advised and supported the young specialist in every possible way.
The work of a surgeon in a district hospital consists of constant tense moments. May call a doctor for emergency surgery. In case of unexpected injuries, he will also need the help of a surgeon. There are many cases when night duty is also alarming. Patients are in the mood to find them and assist them in issuing them and not without tirelessly.
- I do not regret at all that I chose the profession of a doctor, including a surgical one. I think I can help people and help them recover from this disease. At the tip of the scalpel-lives a human life. Therefore, you need to be as careful as possible. In addition to medical care, warm words help sick people. Therefore, I want to talk to them more closely and pour warmth into their hearts , " says Abzal Zhan Talgat Zholdybay in a white coat.
