XXXII Reporting and election conference
Last week, on April 28, the XXXII reporting and election conference of the Kargaly district branch of the party "NurOtan" was held in an online format, under the chairmanship of the akim of the district, the chairman of the branch Askar Jusibaliyev.
The conference was attended by 22 delegates elected from 12 primary party organizations of the regional party, which was confirmed by the report of the mandate commission.
On the first issue of the agenda, the first deputy chairman of the regional branch of the party, Nadezhda Zlyadova, spoke. She noted that today the district party organization is represented by 981 people. The branch is managed by the Political Council, which consists of 11 party members, the Bureau includes 5 people. As of the reporting date, 4 meetings of the Political Council and 9 meetings were held The bureau of the district branch.
In 2020, before the Parliamentary elections in Kazakhstan, in which the party "NurOtan" retained the status of the dominant party in the Mazhilis, gaining 71.1% of the vote, the primaries were held. In total, 24 people took part in this event in the Kargaly district, 23 were nominated by primary party organizations, and 1 was an independent candidate. The party list of the district branch of the party included 22 participants. The deputies of "NurOtan" in the district maslikhat are 9 people.
Guided by the requirements of the party's Program, the "NurOtan" faction in the Kargaly Maslikhat, being a full-fledged political guide, is working to raise the image of the party. During the reporting period, in order to control the prices of socially important food products, the deputies visited the district's retail outlets. In connection with the spread of coronavirus infection and the declaration of a state of emergency on the territory of the republic, members of the faction constantly conducted raids on business facilities in the district, where they explained the observance of san-epid standards to trade workers and the population.
An important role in helping the residents of the district is played by the public reception office of the party branch. During the reporting period, the district branch received 857 applications. Positively resolved 49%. The nature of the appeals is related to the provision of legal, legal advice, employment issues, security
housing, pension accruals, land issues. A large percentage accounts for questions in obtaining communal housing. All accepted requests are being processed.
The activation of the activities of the PPO is one of the priorities in the work of the district branch of the party. According to the results of the reporting and election meetings of this year, in the primary elections there was a change of chairmen in three PPO. Primary party organizations: "Kargaly" - headed by Ainura Kartbayeva, "Alimbet" - Meirambek Mysayev, "Kazpost" - Ainagul Mambetova. I would like to express my gratitude to the previous chairmen of these primary schools-Shara Ishkanova, Baglanda Ismagulov, Roza Multykbaeva, who for many years fulfilled the plans for implementation Party programs and worked for the benefit of their district.
On the second issue of the agenda, a new composition of the Political Council of the district branch of the party was elected, which included deputies of the VII convocation, members of the party organization, and the chairmen of the PPO. The last item on the agenda was the election of delegates to the XXXI reporting and election conference of the Aktobe regional branch of the party "NurOtan". They were 5 delegates of the district party organization.
