Unity in diversity

On March 1, a festive concert dedicated to the Day of Gratitude was held in the district House of culture.

Every year, since 2016, with the beginning of spring, the country celebrates the Day of Gratitude, initiated by the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev. Celebrating the Day of Gratitude, Kazakhstan reveals itself as a hospitable state, which in difficult times received millions of displaced people.

The festive concert was organized in compliance with the social distance and mask mode.

Acting akim of the district Bakhyt Aydosov made a congratulatory speech on the stage. He noted that the celebration of this day is a symbol of the friendliness of the Kazakhs and an indicator of hospitality.

The vocal groups "Akpeyil", "Freude" and "Slavyanochka" performed on the stage, the ensemble "Kerbez" performed the dance composition "Friendship of Peoples", as well as songs by folk composers performed by the singers of the district house of culture.

The concert was a success, and the proof of this was the smiles on the faces and the high spirits of the audience.

Local old-timer Kolomoets Anatoly Nikiforovich shared his impressions of the concert and expressed gratitude for the organized event.

- This holiday should be a landmark for everyone, which unites many Kargalians. I want such events to take place as often as possible. The musical repertoire plunged me into distant memories of my childhood.
