On amendments and additions to the decision of the regional maslikhat dated December 25, 2019 No. 258 "On approval of the Irgiz regional budget for 2020-2022"
In accordance with articles 9, 109 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local state government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Irgiz regional maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To add to the decision of the district maslikhat of December 25, 2019 No. 258 "On approval of the Irgiz district budget for 2020-2022" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 6619, published on December 31, 2019 in the reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic Kazakhstan in electronic form) the following changes and additions:
in point 1:
in subparagraph 1):
the income of the figure “6 277 280.4” shall be replaced by the figures “6 044 503.4”;
including:
the receipt of transfers to replace the figures "5 766 357.4" with the figures "5 533 580.4";
in subparagraph 2):
the costs of the figures "6 850 990.8" shall be replaced by the figures "6 618 213.8";
in paragraph 5-1:
in paragraph three:
the numbers "89 061" shall be replaced by the numbers "130 406";
in point 6:
in the second paragraph:
the numbers "121 592" shall be replaced by the numbers "101 336";
in paragraph five:
the numbers "152 068" shall be replaced by the numbers "142 333";
in paragraph seven:
the numbers "84 175" shall be replaced by the numbers "49 404";
to delete the eighth paragraph;
in paragraph nine:
the numbers "437 194" shall be replaced by the numbers "417 197";
in paragraph ten:

in paragraph eleven:
the numbers "22 153" shall be replaced by the numbers "21 043";
in paragraph thirteen:

in paragraph fourteen:

add the following paragraph:
"14,919 thousand tenge - to increase the salary of teachers of state organizations of secondary and additional education in the field of physical culture and sports";
in point 9:
in paragraph three:
the numbers "43 841" shall be replaced by the numbers "44 727";
the fourth paragraph shall be deleted.
Appendix 1 to the said decision shall be reworded according to the annex to this decision.
The state institution "Apparatus of the Irgiz regional maslikhat" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure the state registration of this decision in the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region.
4. This decision will come into effect on January 1, 2020.
