The Public Council of Irgiz district was formed in accordance with the rules approved by the decision of the district maslikhat on March 29, 2019 №218 and according to the plan of the council for 2019.
In 2019, 9 meetings of the Public Council on various issues were held and 27 issues were heard.
1.On March 19, 2019 on "Election of the Chairman, Secretary and Presidium of the Public Council of Irgiz district", "On discussion of the draft Rules of the Public Council of Irgiz district and submission to the district maslikhat for approval", "On approval of the work plan of the Public Council of Irgiz district for 2019" The first meeting of the council was held. On the first issue of the agenda, the head of the working group K. Kosayakov proposed to elect the chairman, secretary and presidium of the council by open voting, the proposals were put to a vote and the candidatures were approved unanimously. On the second issue of the agenda, the head of the working group K. Kosayakov proposed to discuss the draft Regulations on the Public Council of Irgiz district, guided by the Model Regulations on Public Councils approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 31, 2015 №1194. The proposal for approval was approved at the regular session of the district maslikhat. On the third issue, the council members unanimously supported and approved the work plan for 2019.
2.The meeting of the Council on the agenda "On the extraordinary election of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" was held on April 22, 2019.
3.At the meeting of the Council on April 26, 2019 on the agenda were considered issues of cleanliness in the village of Irgiz and the state of the landfill near the village, "On the progress of sanitation, landscaping and gardening in Irgiz district." Taking into account the proposals of members of the council at the public hearing, on November 4, 2019 by letter №30 a letter was sent to Akim A.Shakhin with a proposal to double the funds allocated in the 2020 budget for the maintenance of local roads and purchase a K-701 tractor. As a result, an additional 5 million tenge will be allocated from the 2020 budget for the maintenance of local roads. tenge was achieved.
