In accordance with article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 4) of paragraph 1 of Article 56 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008 and the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 year No. 504 "On approval of the Model rules for the provision of social assistance, the establishment of the size and determination of the list of certain categories of citizens in need", Irgiz regional maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To approve the Rules for the provision of social assistance, the establishment of the size and determination of the list of certain categories of citizens in need in the Irgiz region in accordance with the appendix to this decision.
2. To recognize as invalid the following decisions of the Irgiz regional maslikhat:
1) the decision of the Irgiz regional maslikhat dated March 13, 2020 No. 282 "On approval of the Rules for the provision of social assistance, the establishment of the size and determination of the list of certain categories of citizens in need in the Irgiz district" (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 6911, published on March 30, 2020 years in the reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form);
2) the decision of the Irgiz regional maslikhat dated April 9, 2020 No. 301 "On amendments and additions to the decision of the Irgiz regional maslikhat dated March 13, 2020 No. 282" On the approval of the Rules for the provision of social assistance, the establishment of the size and district "(registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 7043, published on April 17, 2020 in the reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form);
3. The state institution "Apparatus of the Irgiz regional maslikhat" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure the state registration of this decision in the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region.
4. This decision comes into effect upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
