In accordance with paragraph 2-10 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, order of the Acting Minister of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 27, 2023 No. 347 “On amendments to the order of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 14, 2023 No. 181 “On approval of the Rules for payment of the tourist fee for foreigners” (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 33826), Irgiz District Maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Approve the rates of tourist contribution for foreigners in places of tourist accommodation for 2024 in the amount of 0 (zero) percent of the cost of stay.
2. This decision comes into force on January 1, 2024.
