In accordance with Articles 14, 45, 113-11 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, by the decision of the Irgiz district territorial election commission dated November 8, 2023, Nurlan Kasymkhanuly Kyzbergenov, elected on November 5, 2023, was registered as akim of the Irgiz district of the Aktobe region.
