In accordance with Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, Article 97 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Housing Relations”, Article 50 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Legal Acts” and the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2009 of the year No. 2314 “On approval of the Rules for the provision of housing assistance” Irgiz district maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Determine the amount and procedure for providing housing assistance in the Irgiz region in accordance with Appendix 1 to this decision.
2. To recognize as invalid some decisions of the Irgiz district maslikhat in accordance with Appendix 2 to this decision.
3. This decision comes into effect from the date of its first official publication.
