In accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 19 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 “On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, the Irgiz District Election Commission DECIDES:
1. In accordance with the procedure specified in the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” from September 16, 2023, temporarily until the election by the district maslikhat, instead of the retiring member of the election commission Sisenbaev, Guldan Duzbaykyzy, will be appointed as a member of the precinct election commission No. 28, Azhigaliev Tolkyn Kuandykkyzy as a member of the precinct election commission No. 229, Torebek Baltabek Torebekuly as a member of the precinct election commission No. 230, Almukhanova Inzhu Baktygereykyzy as a member of the precinct election commission No. 231, Shyngyskyzy Aknur as a member of the precinct election commission No. 232, Samat Gaziz Samatuly member of the precinct election commission No. 238, Usenbay Erkebulan Eltayuly member of the precinct election commission No. 239.
2. This resolution should be sent to the Irgiz district maslikhat
3. This resolution comes into force from the date of its signing.
