In accordance with subparagraph 6) of Article 14, paragraph 4 of Article 21, Article 22 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” dated September 28, 1995, the Irgiz District Territorial Election Commission DECIDES:
1. To form the Irgiz territorial electoral district for the election of akim of the Irgiz district of the Aktobe region within the boundaries of the Irgiz district of the Aktobe region.
2. Publish a message about the formation of a territorial electoral district indicating the boundaries and location of the district territorial election commission in the district newspaper “Yrgyz” and post it on the Internet resource of the Irgiz district territorial election commission.
