In accordance with subparagraph 8-1) of article 14, subparagraph 2) of paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of article 113-1 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” dated September 28, 1995, based on the decision of the Aktobe regional maslikhat No. 53 dated 12 September 2023, Irgiz district territorial election commission DECIDES:
1. Schedule elections for the akim of the Irgiz district of the Aktobe region for November 5, 2023.
2. Approve the Calendar Plan of main activities for the preparation and conduct of elections of akim of the Irgiz district of the Aktobe region, scheduled for November 5, 2023 in accordance with the appendix to this resolution.
3. Publish this resolution in the district newspaper “Yrgyz” and post it on the Internet resource of the Irgiz district territorial election commission.
